Official Sweepstakes Rules

For the “Stamp Rally” of  Japanese Restaurants in London – Discover Japanese Curry

Article 1.  Organization

FUTURE CAPITAL FRANCE whose headquarters are located at 100 Avenue du Président Kennedy , 75016 PARIS, FRANCE, SIRET number: 88752410800014, represented by Mr. Takeshi EHARA (“the Sponsor”) will be holding from 9 July to 29 July 2022 in London a sweepstakes called “The Stamp Rally of Japanese Restaurants in London” (“Sweepstakes”).

The goal of the sweepstakes is to collect as many stamps as possible by going to different participating restaurants (“Participating Restaurants”) in order to enter two separate drawings with prizes consisting of a bottle of Japanese Sake or a package of “Japanese Beef” (130 separate winners). The prizes and their mode of distribution are detailed later in the regulations.

Article 2.  Goal

The goal of the present regulations (“Regulations””) is to define the terms and conditions of the competition and to set common rules applicable to all entrants (“Entrants”).

ARTICLE 3. Limitations on Entry

Entering the sweepstakes includes tacit acceptance without conditions or reservations of the present rules. Participation in the sweepstakes is free of charge, open to all adult residing in the United Kingdom, excluding the employees and representatives of the sponsor company, its partners or their family members.  WARNING: entering this drawing is prohibited to persons under 18.

Article 4.  How to Enter

Entrants are invited to participate in two drawings by accumulating stamps at different participating restaurants. The collection of stamps occurs by scanning a QR code on a paper document distributed to the various sweepstake participants.

Each participating restaurant has its own unique QR code.

For each participating restaurant, the sponsor is in charge of creating and furnishing flyers in table-top display format displaying the sweepstakes’ QR code.

The sweepstakes aims to support Japanese restaurants in London. Before participating, entrants must be a paying customer of the restaurant where they scan the QR code. Meaning they have to have eaten at the participating restaurant the same day that the QR code was scanned. Each partipication restaurant is responsible for enforcing this rule.

A participating restaurant’s QR code is scanned by smartphone.

The entry form has 7 fields:1: First and last name 2: Sex (male, female, other), 3: Birthdate 4: email address 5: postal code, 6: Postal address 7: Acceptance of general data protection contract).

Once the entrant clicks on the form, they access a thank-you page and their account is automatically credited with 1 stamp. The rule is 1 restaurant = 1 scan = 1 stamp collected.

Limit: 1 stamp per day.

The number of stamps collected by the entrant determines access to the drawings:

– 1 stamp won: the entrant cannot enter a drawing.
– 2 stamps won: the entrant can enter the “Japanese sake” drawing (Drawing 1)
– 4 stamps won:  the entrant can enter the “Japanese Beef” drawing (Drawing 2)

Thus to enter Drawing 1 the entrant has to have collected at least 2 stamps. And to enter Drawing 2, they have to have collected at least 4. And to enter both drawings (drawing 1 and drawing 2) they have to have accumulated at least 6.

Entering a drawing automatically uses up the entrant’s stamps.

Each entrant, from the time they fill out the entry form and record their first stamp, will be attributed a user account with a unique number.

The entrant must be sure to use the same web browser each time they enter to ensure continued monitoring of the account throughout the sweepstakes.

The account number allows the entrant to access their record even in case of loss, theft or breakage of the entrant’s mobile during the sweepstakes. In such a case, the entrant can reclaim lost stamps and participate in the drawing by contacting the company:
